Once you say something you can't take it back. So before you say even the most littlest thing think about how it will affect the person you're saying it to. If you really don't know somebody and you don't know what offends them really think about what you say before you say it. There may be things you can say to your best friend that won't affect them but will affect someone else.

 

Before you deliberately sit there and hurt someone in any way think about how you would feel if someone did that to you. Sitting there being mean doesn't have a positive affect on anyone. But it especially won't have a positive affect on you. You'll have to go on the rest of your life knowing that you caused someone so much pain who never wanted to go through that much pain.
